Sourcing Manager - Sourcing Relationship Manager

Job Overview : The primary objective of this role is to identify, engage, acquire & onboard Channel Partners thru' personal visits & telephonic. Interact & engage with them as a continuous process. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sourcing and partnership management.

Age : 23-30 years

Education Qualification : Minimum Graduate (in any discipline)

Domain : Residential Sales (Sourcing / Relationship Manager)

Industry : Real Estate (Residential)

Work Experience : Minimum 2 years of real estate residential experience with Developer or Mandate

Preference : will be given to candidates with 2 wheelers (not mandatory)

Responsibilities & Duties :

Channel Partner Acquisition :

- Identify potential channel partners through market research, industry analysis, and referrals.

- Develop a comprehensive acquisition strategy to attract and onboard high-quality channel partners.

- Conduct initial screening and evaluation of potential partners based on defined criteria.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of partner acquisition strategies with overall business objectives.

- Maintain accurate records of partner acquisition activities and update the CRM system accordingly.

Channel Partner Engagement :

- Build strong relationships with existing channel partners and maintain regular communication.

- Conduct face-to-face meetings and/or virtual interactions to strengthen rapport and understanding of partner needs.

- Utilize existing databases of channel partner and networks to generate leads and expand the channel partner base.

- Collaborate with closing teams to share the leads generated through channel partner.

- Provide timely and accurate product and market updates to channel partners to enhance their sales effectiveness.

- Serve as a point of contact for channel partners, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.

Lead Qualification and Handover :

- Evaluate leads generated through various channels (VDBN, Digital, Reference, Etc.) and qualify them based on defined criteria.

- Forward qualified leads to the appropriate teams, such as the Call Centre or Closing Manager, for further processing and conversion.

- Collaborate with the respective teams to ensure smooth handover and follow-up on qualified leads.

Market Analysis and Competition Monitoring :

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities related to channel partner acquisition.

- Conduct regular market research to identify potential gaps and opportunities for channel partner expansion.

- Analyse competitor strategies and offerings, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Attend Channel Partner Meetings :

- Participate in channel partner meetings, conferences, and events to represent the company and strengthen relationships.

- Deliver presentations or training sessions to channel partners on product features, benefits, and sales strategies.

- Collaborate with internal teams to address partner concerns, gather feedback, and implement improvements.

- Open Market Broker (Site Based)

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of real estate residential experience with Channel Partner or Institutional Partners

Responsibilities & Duties:

Lead Management :

- Work closely with the CC team to follow up on leads generated through them.

- Collaborate with the Sourcing Manager to receive leads from their database and actively engage with them.

- Prioritize leads based on their potential and relevance, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system (Site visit Scheduling - APP)

- Site Visit Scheduling, Tagging at the Site & Cross-Pitching other projects basis client requirements:

- Site Visit Scheduling : keeping a track of VC/VPs (Visit Confirmed & Proposed), following up & tracking them.

- Handling tagging process at site and tag under ACP aided by good rapport with sales relationship managers at the site.

- Cross sales : Understand the specific requirements of clients and suggest suitable projects that align with their needs & divert it to the ones that we are pitching.

- Provide detailed information about the project, including pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.

Deal Closing :

- Follow up with clients who have visited, build rapport with them and close them by addressing any querier & co-ordinating with the sales team of developer.

- Negotiate and finalize deal terms, including pricing, payment plans.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently closing deals. Post closure follow-up with developer team for client's payment and help them with it if there is any gap, help the Business Development team to raise the invoice.

Market Analysis and Competition Monitoring :

- Stay informed about price updates, market trends, and the latest developments in the real estate industry.

- Monitor competitor activities and analyse their strategies and offerings.

- Provide regular updates and insights to the management team on market dynamics and competition.
