Anarock - Market Surveyor (0-3 yrs)
1. Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
2. Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
3. Make exact measurements and determine property boundaries. Provide data relevant to location.
4. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices.
5. Provide advisory / consultation to customers in marketing and purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.
6. Understand clients needs and propose solutions that suit them best
7. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value .
8. Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them.
