Anarock - Manager - Training (3-7 yrs)
Job description:
- Deliver training programs to sales teams.
- To provide on-field hand holding & coaching support on skills
- To create content on domain & skills
- Closely work with regional sales heads on sales effectiveness through training interventions
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) through field observation
- Measure program effectiveness through agent productivity & create Plan of Action for support
- Liaison with local training agencies for relevant training programs
- Roll out monthly & quarterly training calendars
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidates preferred from Automobile/NBFC/ Real Estate/BFSI/
- Candidate should have knowledge of concept selling is used for ex. Banking, Finance, Life Insurance, broking houses, Direct selling Agency (DSA) of banks/insurance companies, boutique wealth management companies, asset management companies, luxury automobile brands, multi-level marketing (MLM) companies.
