Urgent opening for the post of Sales Manager/AVP Real Estate - Residential Sales
- Sell residential properties in Bangalore market.
- Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory.
- Develop relationships with builders and investors and end-customers.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices.
- Provide advisory/consultation to customers in marketing and purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.
- Understand clients needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
- Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls.
- Develop network and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales.
- Good Experience in Channel Sales.
- Participate in active marketing initiatives, attending industry events, exhibitions.
- Being abreast of the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro & macroeconomics on the sector.
- Well verse with Bangalore geography.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- They should be highly energetic and enthusiastic.
- They should possess good communication skills
- They should have sales experience (Mandatory)
- Good Knowledge in Direct/Channel Sales.
- Real estate experience will be preferred.
