Anarock - Manager/AVP - Channel Sales (8-10 yrs)
1) Building a strong channel sales team of motivated individuals with connects and network in the channel partner fraternity
2) Maintaining and managing a centralized database of channel partners
3) Identifying and adding new channel partners to increase the existing network
4) Building a pipeline of customers, tapping into existing database and building newer channels of potential clients.
5) Contributing marketing and sales inputs for building on strategic plans
6) Devising channel sales incentive plans for mandate pitches
7) Managing team and achieving the business targets Competitor Analysis.
8) Identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share
9) Should have good CP networks
10) Should have managed a ticket size of at least 1 cr
11) Should come from a reputed IPC/Developer/Broker
12) Have worked on projects on Golf course extension road
