Position Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. The Sales Executive will be a key player in achieving sales targets and expanding the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities :
1. New Business Development :
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities, driving the sales cycle from initial contact to closure.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
2. Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Sales Strategy and Execution :
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to refine the sales pitch and messaging.
- Track sales metrics and performance, providing regular reports on progress to management.
4. Negotiation and Closing :
- Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales process, including proposal development, pricing discussions, and closing contracts.
- Address objections and concerns to ensure a smooth, successful close.
5. Market Research and Feedback :
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Provide feedback to management on market needs, pricing strategies, and product enhancements.
Qualifications :
1. Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2. Experience :
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in Real Estate Industry or similar role in a relevant industry (2-3 years preferred).
- Strong experience in prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales.
3. Skills :
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
- High level of self-motivation, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
