Responsibilities-
- Lead gen from social media, ApnaComplex app
- Processes loan applications
- Evaluate worthiness based on credit ratings
- Corresponds with applicants to improve application.
- Interviews them to determine the feasibility of granting a loan
- Work with clients through the process to build trust
- Provide customer service through working relationship
- Maintain knowledge of client's loans and policies
