Job description :
Role: The ideal candidate needs to be proficient in writing articles, ad copy, blog posts on real estate topics. She/he must know how to adapt both the writing styles and messaging to suit different types of collateral and communication channels
Responsibilities :
- Writing articles and ad copy, blog posts on real estate topics
- Create content for our own website, blog and social media.
- Edit and proof-read copy.
- Understand marketing, sequence and strategize content with respect to social media posts, ad copies/written communication.
- Good to social media marketing and should be having innovative ideas and thought processes of reaching out of/engaging customers on diff social media platforms.
- Capable of creating content pegs for different marketing assets like infographic, videos, articles/blogs etc
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Total 3-5 years of work experience
- Bachelors degree in any specialisation
- Excellent writing skills with a strong command of language
- Experience in Real estate content writing and/or social media marketing preferred.
- Meticulous worker who pays attention to detail.
- Multi-tasker who can manage several projects at a time.
