Job Summary :
The Growth Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, enhance customer acquisition, and improve customer retention. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the automotive market, consumer behavior, and digital marketing. The Growth Manager will work closely with the sales, marketing, and service teams to achieve dealership objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning and Execution :
- Develop and implement growth strategies that align with dealership goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and create plans to capitalize on them.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Sales and Marketing :
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes and improve conversion rates.
- Develop and manage online and offline marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) :
- Implement and manage CRM systems to track customer interactions and improve customer experience.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop loyalty programs and other initiatives to enhance customer retention.
Performance Tracking and Reporting :
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies.
- Regularly report on performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data analytics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Collaboration and Leadership :
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and service departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of growth strategies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices and new strategies.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies.
Skills :
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
