We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales from courses/trainings for our company. You will be responsible for conversing with and convincing users to enroll in "Flagship Online Data Science Courses" and our "Offline BootCamp with Job Guarantee" over the phone while maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superb people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts while effectively listening to potential and existing customers.
The goal is to help the company grow its trainings & courses revenue by enrolling new students/customers and developing business via telecalling.
Responsibilities :
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using predefined scripts
- Answer questions about products/services of the company
- Ask questions to understand customer needs/requirements and close sales
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements :
- Proven experience as telesales representative for selling online ed-tech courses in Analytics/Machine Learning/ Artificial Intelligence
- Proven track record of successfully meeting tele-sales quota
- Ability to learn about new products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of written and verbal English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Temperament and Patience and ability to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills to close sales with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Criteria :
- Should have worked in telecalling/telesales role in Ed-Tech for at-least one year
Min Qualification: Graduate/Diploma
