Responsibilities :

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about courses and programs using predefined scripts

- Answer questions about courses and programs offered by Analytics Vidhya

- Ask questions to understand customer needs/requirements and close sales

- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation

- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information/feedback to increase conversion efficiency.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as tele sales representative for selling online Ed-tech courses in Analytics/Data Science/Big-Data/Machine Learning/ Artificial Intelligence

- Proven track record of successfully meeting assigned tele-sales quota

- Ability to learn about new courses and programs and describe/explain them to prospects

- Excellent knowledge of written and verbal English

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Good Temperament and Patience and ability to handle rejection

- Outstanding negotiation skills to close sales with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Criteria :

- Should have worked in tele sales role in Ed-Tech for at least one year

Minimum Qualification : Graduate/Diploma
