Analytics Training Hub - Academic Counselor - Sales (1-5 yrs)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acquiring up to date knowledge related to applications packs new launches and updates
- Conveying information through calls, SMS, and other platforms and change lead into subscriber
- Making report on Excel
- Send mails to subscribers and to internal teams to provide information and updates
- Give Video presentations on monthly basis as a part of product evaluation.
- Create strong, meaningful, and long-lasting relationships with the customer.
- Acquire accurate information from the client and convey this back to the business, which will be subsequently used for improvement of product and CRM initiatives.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelors degree is required
- The candidate must me enthusiast and have zeal to learn and grow in the company in the near future
- Must have a calling background; candidates from health and insurance sector will be preferred.
- Should have strong command over English, Punjabi and Hindi language
- Should be smart enough to convince the students and deliver information correctly.
- Must be customer-service orientated, demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease.
- Be self-motivated and proactive, have critical attention to detail.
- Be able to prioritize and meet deadlines, achieve the given targets, and should have target-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in customer relationship Management as well handling of CRM software would be desirable
- Should be comfortable in flexible working hours and work during holidays.
- Should have their own laptop (Optional)
- Knowledge of MSOffice tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
