Job Description :
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow up with clients to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve user's queries.
- Have a sound knowledge about the product
- Should be able to debug the product related issues by coordinating with various departments
- Doing outbound calls for feedback and user related experience.
Job Specification :
- 0 - 2 years of experience.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Ability to interact and build a relation with clients with ease.
- Should be able to take up ownership's.
- Preferably a Technical degree (BE/B.Tech)
- Analyze and make decisions based on customer care data
- Smart good communication (preference for female candidate)
