Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in Marketing, Commerce or Engineering. MBA is a plus
- Qualification: Prior experience in building and leading a digital social media campaign for an organization or its customers.
- Areas: Web content generation, advertising, copywriting skills on social media platforms
- Tools: Google Webmaster & Analytics, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience managing organization profile on channels like YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Quora, LinkedIn etc.
- Knowledge of writing content for SEO parameters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Copy writing skills
- Ability to perform in a metrics driven organization
Job Functions:
- Generate, publish and manage engaging content on multiple social media channels like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Quora and Social Blogs related to business
- Generate campaigns and manage spend on multiple social channels in coordination with Sales and Marketing teams
- Communicate and respond to user queries and comments in a timely fashion
- Coordinate refactoring with website content, SEO team generated content
- Collaborate with ORM team to ensure that online reputation increases for brand and project offering
- Prepare metrics for audience captured based on targeted spend and increase benchmarks and manage ROI
