Analyst - Search Engine Optimization/Search Engine Marketing (3-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation : Develop and curate engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos. Ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Social Media Management : Manage and maintain company social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram). Schedule and publish posts, and interact with followers.
- Campaign Execution : Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall strategy.
- Community Engagement : Foster and manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Engage with followers to build and maintain relationships.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms. Generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.
- Trend Monitoring : Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Implement new strategies and tools to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
- Competitor Analysis : Monitor and analyze competitors' social media activities and strategies. Identify opportunities and threats to inform our approach.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other marketing team members, designers, and content creators to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all social media channels.
- Advertising : Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Experience : 1-3 years of experience in social media management or a related role, with a demonstrated ability to create engaging content and manage social media campaigns.
- Skills :
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights for optimization.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
