Analyst - Search Engine Optimization (1-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
2. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for optimization and content creation.
3. Optimize website content, including page titles, meta descriptions, and on-page elements such as headers, images, and internal links.
4. Create and execute link building campaigns to improve website authority and domain ranking.
5. Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console and provide regular reporting and analysis to Manager.
6. Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, and make recommendations for changes to improve search performance.
7. Conduct regular site audits to identify and address technical SEO issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and indexing problems.
8. Track and report on SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlink profile.
9. Plan, create and publish engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
10. Manage content calendar and ensure timely posting of content.
11. Monitor and respond to comments and messages on all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
12. Track and analyse social media metrics and use data to inform future strategies and campaigns.
13. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes and best practices.
14. Collaborate with teams, including marketing, creative and product.
15. Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
Skills and Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a other field.
2. 8 months to 1 year of experience in SEO & SMO or digital marketing.
3. Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Understanding of content creation and optimization strategies.
8. Knowledge of on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
9. Understanding of technical SEO best practices.
10. Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their respective audiences and algorithms.
11. Proficient in social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite.
