Analyst - Pay Per Click (1-3 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- Drive, test, measure, and iterate on various growth campaigns to generate new demand.
- Take a highly analytical approach to measure performance and turn insights into actionable plans.
- Research new marketing trends and keep the team informed.
- Optimize marketing budget by quantifying most efficient growth channels.
- Handle advertising campaigns using Facebook advertising and Google Adwords platforms (strategize, publish, monitor, optimize, deliver).
- Work closely with the design, content and social media team to create highly effective creatives to achieve record CTRs.
- Experiment with new creative formats and find the best ways to deliver value out of them.
- Create a phenomenal experience in our re-marketing campaigns by telling a progressive story in different touch points.
- Develop and make use of automation tools to fine-tune the campaigns and achieve accurate results.
- This role collaborates closely with a cross-functional team of operators and engineers to ensure that we are acquiring high-quality users and prepared to scale.
Core Skills & Experience Requirements :
- 1-2 year of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Hands on experience handling Facebook/Google Paid Campaigns ( Facebook/Google Ads Manager).
- Bonus points for applicants with Digital Agency experience.
- Strong quantitative analytic skills.
- A successful track record of growing consumer-centric customer acquisition campaigns.
- Ability to manage brand and creative development.
- Expertise in multi-channel marketing and marketing partner development.
- Bachelors degree.
