Client is seeking a highly motivated Paid Search & Analytics Specialist to join our team in a high-impact role. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of generating business value through Google/Bing ads and a knack for deriving actionable insights from data. This person will have worked with budgets large and small and will have built and elevated campaigns for a diverse set of companies, including B2B tech firms. This individual will report to our head of Demand Generation and work closely with peers across Marketing, Sales, and Product. As the first paid media marketer in the company, this is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark on a disruptive and rapidly growing tech firm.

What You'll Do

- Buy, optimize, and analyze the success of digital media campaigns across various channels, with a focus on paid search and GDN in the short-term. Future channels may include paid product review sites, paid social, programmatic, and content syndication.

- Drive continuous improvement of content linked to paid search campaigns to ensure a highly relevant customer experience and subsequently higher quality scores (and lower costs).

- Manage paid media budgets. Plan and oversee campaign flighting, pacing and KPIs.

- Identify media performance trends and insights take proactive steps to identify areas for optimization.

- Act as our de-facto data analyst. Leverage marketing data as well as product analytics data to diagnose issues, derive actionable insights, and inform marketing and product strategy, in collaboration with our CMO and our head of Growth Marketing.

- Coordinate with client's product, development, and marketing operations teams to gain access to needed data, and act as the project owner to feed product and business data to our marketing and sales technology stack.

- Partner with our content, SEO, and creative teams to inform the development of digital assets based on both historical success metrics and industry best practices.

Who You Are

- You have 4+ years of experience in paid search (plus if you have paid search experience with a B2B SaaS product).

- You are a strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- You have superb attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- You are able to execute on digital media strategy quickly, accurately, and efficiently.

- You have experience activating paid media within a variety of advertising platforms. Certification (e.g., Google Ads Certification, etc.) is a plus.

- You have experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI preferred) and/or CRM data (e.g., Salesforce).

- You have a solid understanding of marketing/sales funnel and demand generation metrics.

- You're data-driven: you chase, mine, share, and use data to make informed decisions. You have experience measuring performance and interpreting analytics data.

- You are eager to stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies.

- You are familiar with CRO/UX and web analytics (specifically Google Analytics). Experience with SEO is a plus.

- You have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas to various levels of the organization.
