Analyst - Market Research - TV Viewership (2-6 yrs)
Role Objective
The objective of the role is to understand the pulse of the viewing behaviour of the channel/genre & analyse trends of TV viewership on account of TV / Non TV factors. This role would be required to publish reports/presentations of new program/events and specials
Job Responsibilities
- Understanding the pulse of the viewing behaviour of the channel/genre, and beyond to total viewing
- Analysing trends of TV viewership on account of TV / non-TV factors
- Have detailed in-depth knowledge of every change on any channel championed - change in programming, anchor, storyline etc.
- Addressing queries within defined timelines, with agreed quality parameters
- Developing quick presentations / documents on - Overnights- of new programmes / events / specials
- Working on insights from viewing data
Measure of Success (KRA- s)
- Weekly TV ratings meetings - Accuracy and Presentation of the Genre Analytics
- Pre-empt questions on the presentation and percentage of questions answered correctly
- Number and Timeliness Timely resolution on queries - Both Internal & External
- Generate and Publish insight papers - Generate trends and patters on observations on a genre
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of MS-Office is required
- Knowledge of BARC BMW is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Statistics is an added advantage
