Analyst - Market Research - FMCG (1-2 yrs)
Looking for an enthusiastic individual for its Market Research Analyst role, who can run and maintain an international online community of consumers, field surveys, moderate groups and generate research reports. It is an individual contributor role. This is a blue-sky role that gives you a chance to roll up your sleeves and dive into big data sets to build consumer stories.
- Primary Market Research experience - years preferably with FMCG brands
- Analytical thinking
- Should be thorough with the Excel-based formulae
- Digitally savvy
- Advanced presentation skills and experience
- Advanced understanding of marketing, advertising, and technology
- Possesses superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing.
- Has strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills.
- Has a strong interest in consumer experience, and online and offline advertising and activations
- Online consumer community management - managing participants and getting projects up and running).
- Ability to arrive at a research design - doing groundwork, developing the questionnaire/discussion guide
- Qualitative moderation of panels (If and when needed)
- Statistical analysis and reporting (includes analysis of feedback/data, authoring a PowerPoint report, and web debrief).
- Digital newsletter based on reports to keep stakeholders engaged.
- Helps the client teams to design surveys
- Manage and update client databases
- Knowledge of data analytics and free statistical software/packages like R or/and Python delivering at least a T-test (correlation, regression, and clustering are a plus)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years with a Market Research agency firm, agency, or equivalent preferably with FMCG brands
- Excellent written and communication skills (English)
- Knowledge of statistical software/tools like SPSS, MiniTab (Python, PowerBI Is a plus)
- Digital savvy with excellent Excel skills
