Position Overview:-

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a sales environment, with a basic understanding of international inside sales of IT services for B2B clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and a keen ability to analyze and improve business processes to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:-

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.

- Assist in the analysis and evaluation of sales data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.

- Engage in cold calling activities to generate leads and establish initial contact with potential clients.

- Actively participate in client presentations, helping to pitch sales proposals and solutions.

- Collaborate with developers to clarify detailed specifications and designs.

- Conduct market research to support sales initiatives and identify potential new markets.

- Participate in the development and refinement of sales processes, tools and metrics.

- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations and documentation.

- Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities
