Inside Sales Analyst
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Work on qualified & non-qualified leads to identify the right candidates for the assigned work-abroad opportunity.
- Explain the work-abroad job opportunity, benefits and establish Magic Billion's USP.
- Engage with the candidate and resolve queries from the first call and handhold the candidate till the last mile.
- Conduct webinars, identify new sources to generate qualified leads.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets with respect to volume and revenue
Requirement :
- Any Graduate
- 1 - 3 years experience in hardcore inside sales. B2C/ B2B Field experience is good to have.
- Experience in selling high-end international courses, study abroad programs, US IT recruitment programs would be highly preferable.
- The ability to speak in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, or Kannada is desirable.
- Comfortable with giving presentations to large/ small audiences.
- Open to travel, if required.
