Analyst - Customer Support - BFSI (0-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound/Outbound Customer Support :
- Interact with customer to handle queries, solve issues and problems with regards to products and services of Clearmydues.
- Reminder calls to clients, analyze customers need and recommend appropriate action.
2.Chat/E Mail Support :
- Provide chat/ email support to clarify customer queries and information related to Clearmydues products.
- Follow pre- defined support procedures and policies.
Just Dial queries:
- Servicing lead referred from Justdial.com. Inform leads about Clearmydues services and products and pro- actively identify opportunities to optimize.
Data Maintenance :
- Record details of inquiries, comments and action taken.
- Prepare and distribute customer activity report.
