Role with a Fortune 500 MNC in consulting and services based out of Gurgaon, work timing: 1300 - 2200 Hrs, Monday to Friday

Objective of role

Own and manage all key projects, assignments for Marketing Function. Core responsibilities are listed but not limited to:

Content Management :

- Update and maintain quality of material including collateral, case studies, standard responses, etc. on the shared drive and knowledge management portals. Support the Solutions team to create case studies, revamp collateral. Ensure quality, updates and accuracy of all content on the portal

- Work in a matrix environment to collate and organize information for the repository

- Treasure Portal - quality of collateral and tagging of files to ensure relevant collateral is searchable easily

- Respond to requests from various business lines within the specified timelines

- Encourage use of portals. Create awareness through drives across teams on our portals

Stakeholder Relationship : 

- Manage relationships with stakeholders to understand their content management needs and create content accordingly

- Conduct feedback surveys regularly to plug gaps and initiate and manage improvement programs

Additional responsibilities : 

- Manage stakeholder visits at Location. This includes arranging for content, logistics and agenda planning with the Sales teams. These are CXO level visits of our Global Leadership teams.

Required qualification and experience

- 1-3 years- Experience in creating, updating and managing quality of the content in ITes or Shared Services environment in the website/content management.

- Working on SharePoint and creating SharePoint portals for content repository

- Knowledge on creation or design portals will be an added advantage

- Advanced Microsoft Office and Adobe Experience Manager skills

- Graduation is Mandatory and Post Graduate is preferred

- PMP Certification is good to have

- Exposed to digital marketing
