Role Overview:

- We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Analyst to join our dynamic team.

- This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to deal flow generation, executive relationship management, and business development initiatives within the private equity domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Building:

- Actively engage and build connections with industry professionals to broaden organization network.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with target companies and founders to identify and source potential business opportunities.

Deal Sourcing & Campaigns:

- Spearhead outreach campaigns to connect with potential investment opportunities.

- Build and manage a strong pipeline of companies that align with company's investment criteria.

Market Research & Analysis:

- Perform market mapping to uncover new sectors, trends, and growth opportunities.

- Identify and assess potential investment opportunities for evaluation.

Operational Support:

- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in internal systems (experience with Salesforce is a plus).

- Support the creation of compelling marketing and branding materials.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (e.g., BBA, B. Com, BSc Finance).

Experience:

- 1 to 2 years in business development within financial services, private equity, venture capital, or investment banking deal sourcing.

Key Skills:

- Proven track record in networking and building relationships with senior executives.

- Proficiency in creating effective marketing materials and outreach campaigns.

- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to maintain data integrity.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and adapt to varied situations with ease.
