Analyst - Business Development (2-4 yrs)

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing clients through high-touch email marketing, lead generation, and market research.
Responsibilities:
Identify target audience and grow our email list
Reach out via email to our existing clients and pitch out services
Ensure through the email activity, revenue is generated
Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email
Create email databases for lead generation and lead nurturing
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an Business Development Associate, specializing in Email marketing.
Proven work experience in revenue generation
Proficiency in marketing automation technology
Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
Familiarity with analytical and database tools
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
Strong project management skills
An ability to work under tight deadlines
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
