Anaad - Overseas Admission Coordinator (2-10 yrs)
Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include :
1. Responsible for end-to-end student admission cycle.
2. Fill applications for colleges and universities.
3. Welcome prospective students by processing paperwork; interviewing applicants; conducting follow-up activities such as emails and phone-calling campaigns.
4. Maintain an MIS of the students who have taken admissions or have done inquiries.
5. Keep track of all applications on various university portals and follow up on every stage.
6. Coordinate & maintain close relationships with internal counseling & editorial teams to understand student requirements.
7. Take ownership of accuracy of work and maintain quick turnaround time.
8. Follow up for payment of fees to colleges.
Desired Skills and Experience
1. Immediate Joiner
2. Amazing Interpersonal & Communication skills
3. 2 - 3 years of experience in a study abroad organization
4. In-depth knowledge of at least one country - Canada, UK, Australia, USA, etc.
5. In-depth knowledge of application, SOP, LOR, and visa process
6. Strong attention to detail
7. Excellent internet, technology & computer usage skills
8. Domain knowledge of university applications and portals
9. Knowledge of documentation needed for student visas
10. Documentation and stakeholder engagement
