Regional Marketing Executive
Purpose :
Perform all matters related to categories and brands in the region by way of execution and on the ground implementation
Primary Responsibilities :
- Ensure regional execution of marketing activities related to brands and categories and representation of the marketing department in the region in specific categories:
- Product launches
- Promotions
- Brand awareness events
- Brand center activations
- Merchandising & product displays (esp. in ADCs)
- Clubs & communities
- Deliver against specific region category targets and against specific KPIs such as :
a) Achieve sales and ABO leadership target
b) Achieve COI target (profitability)
c) Ensure provision of enablers / support to ABOs
d) Deliver on strategic initiatives related to marketing and ensure market hygiene in specific category in a region
e) Drive team development and work satisfaction
Activities :
- Execute new product launches
- Track and execute all promotions and check liquidation of stocks
- Execute all brand events for consumers and ABOs
- Hire, train and manage outsourced brand center consultants
- Conduct visual branding, product displays, merchandising at locations and events
- Implement activities related to clubs & communities such as Artistry or Protein Club
- Provide delivery of product information to trainers
- Support Regional Category Manager in the roll out of HO strategy in the regions
