Job Title : Senior Executive/ Executive - ILS

Role Objective :
To undertake product and skill training for the Amway Direct Sellers (ADS) and to track ADS/ product performance area-wise. In the above area of work, is primarily responsible for:
- Support sales through Sales training
- Driving ADS Productivity in terms of volume growth/ Pin Change/ Pin Retention through planned training interventions in the cluster defined
- Manage all channels of Training - ILT, e-learning & mobile learning in the cluster of control.
- Ensuring adherence to training schedule and budget for the cluster assigned
- Training infrastructure, event and program handling
- Training Evaluation
Principal Accountabilities :
- Plan & execute activities to increase average ADS productivity in the area of control
- Training Amway Direct Sellers
- Product & skill training
- Assisting the AM- ILS in supporting all events in the state
- Control and optimization of the training budget
- Responsible for up skilling of ADSs thereby resulting in faster Pin Migration & increase Productivity in terms of volume growth post Training Intervention in an identified Target group
- Monitoring distributor growth and supporting them
- To identify & support Amway Business leaders in planning and executing the required Training for their Team.
- Build on outstanding relationships with all 6% and above ADSs in the cluster of control
- Responsible for supporting in achievement of Overall Revenue of the Area of control through Amway Direct Sellers- Training.
- Manage all channels of Training in the cluster of control - ILT, e learning, mobile learning, social learning, Print and Leader led Training.
- Handling queries on products, presentation skills, product promotions etc
- Ensure that all the CFA staff across the cluster of control are well trained on the products, new launches & upcoming promos/events
