Amway - Executive/Senior Executive - Customer Services (2-6 yrs)
Purpose :
To handle customer service and support ABOs business with high degree of accurate and timely responses to their queries.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Handling all queries, complaints & request at CS desk for all ABOs, PCs & Customers
- Regular & proactive communication with distributors on product launches, product availability, promos, new/ any policy changes.
- 100 % CMP usage for all queries, complaints. Issuance of CMP reference number to all ABOs
- Ensure facilitation & support to ABOs / PCs / Customer walk ins at office in case of any concerns expressed during their visit to the office
- PC Application entry
- Adhering to SOP for various Information Change Processes and uploading correct documents in the CMP Link.
- Correct, complete & professional communication (written, verbal) to all queries, complaints received through walk ins & emails
- Adherence of all CS processes and maintaining timelines
- Close coordination with Amway. Its standalone counters for all business / CS updates.
