Amway - Executive - Sales Training (3-6 yrs)
Role Objective
To undertake product and skill training for the distributor network and to track distributor/ product performance area-wise, so as to design the training calendar to cater to their specific needs
- In the above area of work, is primarily responsible for:
- Ensuring adherence to training schedule and budget
- Training infrastructure
- Training event and program handling
Primary Responsibilities
- Training distributor network
- Product & skill training
- Building the requisite infrastructure for training at all Amway official training locations
- Assisting the State Trainer in supporting all events in the state
- Control and optimization of the training budget
- Ensuring Quality of Training Delivery in all trainings.
- Handling queries on products, presentation skills, and product promotions etc.
- Oversee Merchandising
- Monitoring distributor growth and supporting them
- Tracking competition activity
- Market research
- Tracking product-wise sales in the territory
- Support Distributors on improving their selling skills
Education - Bachelor's Degree preferably BSc.- Pharma/Science/ Nutrition
Experience :
- Preferably 3 - 6 years in Sales/ Training
Knowledge and skill set
- Communication Skills
- Knowledge & Understanding of Sales & Marketing Plan
- Planning, Organizing and, Coordinating skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Learning Ability
- Relationship Management Skills
- Knowledge of Local Language
