We are rapidly growing telehealth company and are hiring few Medical Call Center Supervisors having experience in communicating with physicians, patients, and health service providers.
Job Description / Responsibilities :
The Medical Call Center Supervisor will :
1. Provide communication support between health service providers (clients) and, our physician and internal staff
2. Handle client and patient inquiries both telephonically and by email
3. Manage and resolve client and patient complaints
4. Provide clients and patients with product and service information
5. Identity and escalate priority issues
6. Follow-up client and patient calls where necessary
The candidate will demonstrate good verbal and written communication and listening skills, and problem analysis and solving skills. He/She will develop and assist in continuous performance improvement within the department and demonstrate leadership and independent judgment.

Desired profile of the candidate :
Requirements :
- MBA or masters degree preferred
- 3+ year experience in a call center environment - work quickly and multi-task
- Strong communication skills - ENGLISH - Written and Oral - a must. Accent suppressed American English Language
- Communication strongly preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone
- Ability to exercise good judgment to handle calls appropriately
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to relate to person with diverse educational, socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds
- Ability to demonstrate good customer service
- Good Knowledge of medical terminology and human anatomy - preferred
- Good Organizational skill with eye for detail;
- Willingness to work on weekdays and weekends.
- Good computer skills;
- Desired work experience (in complete years): Minimum:3, Maximum: 6
Compensation Offered - INR. 50000 to INR. 75000 Per Month based on qualification and skill
