Ample Technologies - Store Manager - Sales (5-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Greeting customer find out the needs.
- To be a sales consultant to the customer.
- Describing a product s features demonstrate use and operation of the product.
- Handling customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise.
- Providing information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options.
- Maintain sales reports to keep a track of the progress.
Key Requisites :
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have work experience in the retail industry
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- A positive, confident and determined approach.
- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Self driven goal oriented and willing to work on weekend
