Ample Properties - Manager - Sales (5-10 yrs)
- Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals/targets by mentoring and motivating the sales team.
- Aggressively driving sales planning, forecasting and sales & customers service management.
Submitting Daily Work Report and Weekly Work Report monthly and quarterly report.
- To achieve required sales targets in the given timeframe.
- Maintaining leads follow-up and updating their comments on Customer Relationship Management.
- Converting High-end Prospect clients to sales closure.
- Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers.
- Plan and develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue.
- Ability to manage internal and external resources where appropriate to produce quality materials within tight timeframes.
- Assisting and conducting site visits with clients.
Office data protection is a key responsibility.
