Ampersand Group - Manager - Business Development & Government Liasioning (3-10 yrs)
Primary Purpose :
- Support all Business Development and Laisoning requirements for West zone.
Key Responsibilities of the Role :
- Market research and surveys related to various segments/projects.
- Identify and procure new business projects/ opportunities in education, healthcare, supplies projects in public sector in West zone.
- Liaison with the Government department for communication /correspondence /documentation.
- Supporting operations team in day to day activities.
- Managing project logistics.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Key Interactions :
Internal - Business SPOCs, Project Managers, Functional subject matter experts
External - Government departments, Local municipality, Vendors and suppliers
Competencies Required for the Role :
- Previous experience of 3-10 years in public sector and business development role.
- Should have clear understanding of Government/State PSU's/Local municipality processes /policies.
- Highly organized and able to multitask.
- Good coordination skills and a go getter attitude
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills.
- Result oriented and Service orientation.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel as and when required.
Qualification :
- Any bachelor's degree/Graduation
