Amore - Manager - Retail Operations - Pharmacy (10-12 yrs)
1) Planning & setting up new stores. Market and Competitive Analysis.
2) To select and monitor quality indicators of the store and ensure continuous improvements and adhering to compliance.
3) To ensure adequate staffing, Infrastructure and other resources for the day to day functions.
4) To recruit employees, ensuring on-boarding and induction and to choose objective criteria including the departmental indicator for evaluation of employees during PMS.
5) To plan store budget & ensure budgetary compliance.
6) To ensure proper legal compliance related to pharmacy operation and overall operations of the pharmacy as per SOP.
7) To provide an error free drug therapy to patients by ensuring no errors during the process of dispensing by ensuring a hassle free environment for staff.
8) Ensure availability of medicines as per the requirements and recommendations by DTC (Drug Therapeutic Committee) & ensure smooth function of supply chain dept.
9) Keep the management informed of any customer complaints / feedback received.
10) Conducting interactive meetings or for all staff and coordinating with the training department.
11) Random check of emergency carts, floor stock reports and other quality records.
12) Coordinating drug recall.
13) Expiry management.
14) Continue reporting to management about fulfillment of KRA, new initiative, any process improvement etc.
15) Ensure yearly vendor evaluation.
16) Supply chain tracking ensuring no counterfeit & directed medication come in pharmacy.
17) To manage multiple stores and ensure adherence of process & procedures, leading to ultimate goal of profitability across stores.
18) Ensure Visual Merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines to enhance the customers shopping experiences.
19) To identifies areas of improvement and develops and implements training schedules to address them.
20) Ensure stock transfers are done as per SOPs, Ensure customer service standards are maintained at every store, Devise strategies to improvise customer experience, SOP & Mystery Audit
21) Adhering to Regulatory Affairs as per FDA Norms.
