Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, SMM, digital advertising, and PR. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads across various digital channels.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies : Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. This includes planning and overseeing all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
2. SEO Strategy and Optimization : Drive organic traffic growth through effective SEO strategies. Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page optimization to improve search engine rankings and increase visibility.
3. Social Media Management (SMM) : Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Create engaging content, manage social media calendars, and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
4. Digital Advertising : Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels. Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
5. Public Relations (PR) : Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to generate positive PR coverage. Write press releases, pitch stories, and coordinate media interviews to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
6. Analytics and Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others. Provide regular insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and achieve KPIs.
7. Team Leadership and Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and integrated digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SMM, digital advertising, and PR.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive results.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience planning and executing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends and developments.
