Job Description: Tele-Counsellor
Location: Amity University, Noida Campus
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100-150 daily calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about courses, programs, and admissions.
- Handle inbound inquiries effectively, addressing questions about university offerings and guiding candidates through the admission process.
- Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate programs.
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure timely application submissions.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily call and conversion targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in tele-counselling or student admissions is preferred but not mandatory.
