What am I expected to do?

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and resourceful Business Development Associate to turbocharge merchant acquisitions on our app Amigo.

We expect you to participate at various stages of the Business Development cycle - right from sourcing leads, selling our product on-ground to prospects, onboarding customers to our platform, understanding product gaps and contributing to market research.

As a Business Development Associate, you will:

- Grow the volume of our business through merchant acquisitions

- Own daily, weekly & monthly merchant acquisition targets

- Identify market clusters for leads & prospects

- Meet, onboard & manage new clients

- Conceptualise original ideas that bring efficiency to sales process

- Take feedback from clients and distill into product insights

You'll be a good fit if:

- You are extremely self-driven & hardworking

- You have good communication skills in Hindi & English

- You love man-to-man sales skills

- You are good at building relationships

- You have unmatched hunger to grow yourself and the company

- You have a sixth sense of selling to customers

- You have no hesitation in getting deeply involved in any task given to you

- You enjoy being on-the-ground to meet clients and prospects
