Ami Polymer - Product Manager (5-10 yrs)
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead our Hoses product line. This position is responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and lifecycle of our hose products, ensuring they meet market demands, customer needs, and quality standards.
As the Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and production, to drive the success of our hose products in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Strategy & Roadmap : Develop and implement a strategic product roadmap for hoses, identifying market opportunities, setting product vision, and ensuring competitive differentiation.
Product Development : Lead the development of new hose products and enhancements, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure products meet design and quality standards.
Market Research : Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning for hose products.
Lifecycle Management : Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring successful product launches, ongoing performance, and timely updates or revisions.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure the product development process is efficient and aligned with market needs.
