Ameyo - Manager - Inside Sales (10-14 yrs)
Job Description:
The Incumbent will be responsible for Lead Generation, Account Management and Inside Sales activities for PAN India across both enterprise and commercial segments. He/she will be the first point of contact for Management with regards to all online and offline leads.
KRA's :
- Manage the Domestic Inside Sales Team proficiently ensuring seamless coordination with clients and prospects.
- Lead the function for generating B2B leads for Domestic Sales across both enterprise and commercial verticals.
- Lead generation/Nurturing the leads and execute allocation to the Team with brief
- Lead the Partner development/ management and new channel development for the given market.
- Drafting RFI's and Proposals and coach team members on the same.
- Preparing various reports from CRM data wrt Team Performance, BU Performance and derive other relevant reports for Management's review.
- Proficient in mining databases through different web portals, filtering the data according to different verticals and ability to coach team members for the same.
Team Management- Leading development and coaching of Team members
Skills required (necessary):
- The Incumbent must have good communications skills, and should be able to present. information in a meaningful and rational manner to the management.
- Good knowledge of the software/Telecom industry is desirable.
- Should have end-to-end understating of Inside Sales process.
- Should have Lead/managed a Team directly
Other Comments:
- Must possess excellent sales, client servicing and management skills.
- An excellent negotiator and people's person.
