What you will be doing?
1. Escalation Management
Coordinating between a customer and delivery/ support teams for facilitating, bridging the communication gap and managing escalations to gain the customer Trust.
2.Relationship Management
- Maintaining a good relationship with customers to get the blockers removed, get insights and references.
3.Upsell
- To be able to understand the domain, technology, product (use-case) and features.
4.Cross-sell
- Should be able to work on leads to generate interest and opportunities; do manage opportunities and sail-through the customer's buying process to close deals.
Day to Day Activities/ Transactions:
- KPIs - On-boarding / Retention / Feedback/ Up Selling - Cross Selling
- Account Farming - Cross-sell/ Up-sell
- Own a customer post sales closure
- Customer On-boarding
- Co-ordination in Project Implementation
- Regular Customer Feedback
- Customer Payment success in co-ordination with Finance Team
- Understand business requirements
- Co-ordinate with Engineering team in the implementation
- Sales Support to Sales Managers
- Internal Product Feedback to Product Management Team on a regular basis
- Pre-sales Activities
