American Oncology Institute - Manager - Brand/Marketing - Pathology/Diagnostic Center Division (4-10 yrs)
- Responsible for providing insights in planning and development of marketing communication strategies/plan in co-ordination with the departmental
- Execution of marketing collaterals such as corporate brochure and all marketing printing materials
- Oversee a team of and coordinate the activities related to Branding & Marketing with other team leaders/managers
- Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines (customer)
- Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints
- Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies
- Work with various departments to ensure consistency and proper communication roll out plan on projects and the initiatives by various departments
- Responsible for all internal branding campaigns & promotions
- Right vendor selection to work on various projects
- Monitor promotional expenses month on month to be within the budget
- Develop promotional material in alignment with the brand strategy
- Prepare Advertisement creative- s, Visual Aids and Leaflets
- Control & Management of marketing related expenses
- Design a research-based brand strategy
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message
- Communicate our brand personality internally and align company around foundational ideas
- Lead marketing team members through campaigns
- Measure and report on success of marketing campaigns
