Virtual Marketing Assistant

- American Fast Home Buyers is looking for a Rockstar Virtual Assistant who can help them with their daily Marketing needs.

- This Virtual assistant needs to be available for work immediately, have no other commitments during the hours they are working for us, and have a great attitude to meet goals and get things done.

- The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with a positive outlook, who is looking to take the first step into a career in marketing in the real estate industry.

- They will have a strong eye for detail and be keen to support the rest of the team in all things marketing.

- We are looking for a leader. Preferably with experience in data scraping, data analysis, and research in real estate properties for a wholesaler.

- We would love if you also have skills in SEO/PPC and copywriting. If you have those skills we are looking for help with current keyword search, ad copy creation, campaign settings and general optimization & development of the PPC accounts as well as help out with SEO and Content creation strategies

Responsibilities :

- Pull lists of distressed properties to market to.

- Manage campaigns for direct mail, PPC, RVM and texting. (We are looking for leaders that can grow into managing other people that are doing these tasks.

- Keyword research & negative keyword mining for Search Query Reports

- Ad Copywriting to support weekly launches of new projects/promotions.

- Identify opportunities for account expansion

- Support the tasks provided by the leaders in optimizing PPC accounts.

- Keep up to date on the latest trends, and services

- Give SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with the elements and structure of the company's website/web pages.

- Provide recommendations and provide strategies for content development - general and keyword specific

- Exposure with engine programs (XML sitemaps, webmaster tools) for purposes of the diagnostic reports for AFHB projects.

- Help create/support marketing content to reach out specific market. (videos, blog, etc.)

- Help administer web analytic dashboards, and reporting tools to what AFHB needs.

- Other tasks

Skills :

- Learn, research and take initiative to reach AFHB marketing goals.

- The ideal candidate will have experience in pulling distressed properties and stacking data to bring the most value.
