Job Responsibilities :
- This position is responsible for managing and supporting & the South Travel Agency Partnership portfolio. Drive growth, charge volume & profitability for the portfolio of accounts assigned. It involves engagement at all levels at with the Travel Partners both large and small.
- Handling the corporate cards assigned to Travel Agents and are used for bulk purchase of permitted airline tickets. New account setup, preferred Supplier Limit Updates, signing & maintaining contracts / addendums, alignment with GCS Pricing ( all relevant approvals in place ), GCS LFO & Risk, ensure timely and accurate TAP Incentive payouts, regular @work reports to be shared with the client, Bank Guarantee / Fixed Deposit tracking with banking operations, work closely with GCS Pricing Team and ensure all pricing approvals in place . Daily Exposure and MIS reporting, reconciliation of accounts. Tracking Remittance with Corporate Allocation Team and thereafter virtual payment updates with GCA / Authorization Teams.
- Diversify Spends on TAP portfolio and capture other commodities and ensure we have a profitable portfolio
- Work closely with Acquisition and Account Development Teams on T&E Accounts. Generate good quality Partner Plus T&E leads from Travel Partners and ensure maximum leads are converted on Amex card platform by providing contacts, arranging joint meetings and conduct the Cost Benefit Analysis and negotiate with TMCs on non-pass thru cost.
- Ensure excellent data quality in BTA & Corporate Card Statements by working with Travel Partners and ensuring the Electronic Data Files are uploaded on time.
- Ensuring deliverables & internal / external communication is documented on email. Complete all transactions agreed with the Customer and adhere to all timelines and deadlines. Handle communication for the clients in a timely and accurate manner and ensure nil escalations. Suggest Process Improvements and changes Collaborate teamwork with key linkages and stakeholders to deliver quality service Contribute towards team goals by strictly managing individual productivity targets and ensure adherence to compliance.
- Understanding of market knowledge of airlines, banks, Travel Partners and different instruments and lending options available will be advantageous.
- Demonstrated Track Record of excelling targets

- Demonstrate effective oral and written presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external partners.
- Ability to gain in-depth understanding of client needs, to develop and execute a client-focused account plan with limited support and guidance.

- Sells with integrity, in alignment with compliance and internal partner business requirements.
- Experience with or knowledge of virtual payments preferred.
