Key Success factors & Responsibilities :
- Team Handling, monitoring, and evaluating team performance
- Developing new talent, ensuring on-going team coaching and development
- Creating a culture that motivates, empowers, and retains talent
- Ensuring all Performance Standards are met viz Sales Results, Business Targets, Controls, Compliance & People Development
- Focus on the Key Metrics : New Card Acquisition from the Sales Team, Cost of Acquisition, First
- Year Attrition Rate, Deployment of People Practices Such as PMP, Coaching & Feedback, Attrition of Team members, Controls and Compliance
- Working closely with the L&D team to device and implement New Hire orientation and ongoing skill and behavioral interventions for the team
- Ensure 100% focus on controls and compliance
- Obtain and analyze market intelligence & implement market share strategies
- Drive external partnerships/tie ups for enhancing business in the city/region
- Build a strong sales culture that reflects and strengthens AmEx Brand and superior customer service at every touch point
- This role may be subject to additional background verification check
- Tracking of lead conversion of various digital campaigns and ensure all MIS is accurately presented
