Client Services Associate - Night Shift

Job Description :

Overview :

- Amenify is looking for a Client Services Associate that will work closely with leadership for both Client Services and our Sales team. Having a minimum of 3 years previous experience working in the same (or a similar) role. A team player with a passion for efficiency, an appetite for learning, and a commitment to teamwork with a proven track record of delivering successful results.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- This job requires a Night shift, so apply only if you can work from 6 PM - 3 AM at

- Amenify's Gurugram office.

- Enthusiasm and positive energy for onboarding checklists with Real Estate (RE) Property Managers in the USA; able to build rapport on a short call

- Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Onsite Property Managers.

- Timely respond for Property Managers that need customer support; software-related issues, providing technical guidance, and collaborate with other Amenify stakeholders (e.g. Operations) for quick resolution

- Collaborate with the Customer Support team (Ops) on behalf of the Client Services team to quickly solve issues with Property Managers. Amenify strives to provide exceptional customer service and support to multifamily property managers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

- Upload and manage key information for Clients in the Amenify Internal network;

- Managing customer data points, issues, and documenting support interactions for accurate records; strong attention to detail with customer data, issues, and documenting support interactions for accurate records.

- Self-starter: demonstrable curiosity to learn about Property Management in the US, property technology, Amenify technology, RE industry terminology, trends, and more

- Ability to engage with different audiences and deliver the company's value proposition and competitive advantage

- Execute a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction, utilizing tools such as a calling list.

Qualifications & skills :

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- A proven track record working with customers via email, and chats.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, with superior problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail, the capacity to focus in a distracting environment and the ability to remain calm, work well under pressure and prioritize tasks.

- Strong English Proficiency: Idiomatic and fluent in written/spoken English

- Software Proficiency: MS Office, Google Suite experience, and learning Amenify's software suite to effectively guide property managers in navigating the system and addressing their queries. Amenify provides training on all company specific tools.
