Amelio - Admission Counsellor - Female

We are seeking an experienced Admission Counselor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling center tours, providing information on our programs, and answering inquiries related to admissions. The Admission Counselor will also work closely with the administrative team to maintain accurate records and ensure admissions targets are met.

Responsibilities :

Outbound calls : Make outbound calls to prospective parents to introduce the program offered and provide information about the programs and services offered.

Handle inquiries : Respond to inquiries from prospective parents about the admission process, curriculum, and other aspects of the preschool or daycare.

- Schedule appointments: Schedule appointments for center tours and follow up with parents to confirm attendance.

Follow up : Follow up with prospective parents after the tour or appointment to answer any additional questions and provide support as needed.

- Record-keeping: Keep accurate records of all calls, inquiries, appointments, and admissions, and ensure that all data is entered into the appropriate systems.

- Provide feedback: Provide feedback to the admissions team on the effectiveness of marketing strategies, outreach efforts, and the admissions process.

- Support the operations team with other tasks as required.

- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with parents to communicate the changes to the program or schedule, and any concerns or issues that arise.
