Ambryn - Senior Sales Manager (4-12 yrs)
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, primarily focusing on B2B clients in the government, construction, and real estate industries. This role requires a strategic thinker and experienced sales professional who can drive revenue growth, build and nurture relationships, and position Ambryn as a trusted partner for AI-powered solutions in construction and real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets, with a primary focus on government and real estate clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, nurturing relationships with decision-makers, including CXOs and key industry stakeholders.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including negotiating and finalizing contracts for AI-driven solutions, project management software, and consultancy services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and effectively communicate Ambryn's unique value proposition.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and client needs to continuously refine sales strategies and differentiate the company's offerings.
Create detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to guide decision-making and demonstrate sales success.
- Actively participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the construction, real estate, or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully closing large-scale contracts.
- Experience in selling complex technology-driven solutions or services is a significant advantage.
- Strong network in the government and real estate sectors, especially in the Delhi NCR region.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed and work independently with a strategic, growth-focused mindset.
