Ambryn - Senior Marketing Manager (3-10 yrs)
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our strategic marketing efforts. This role requires a visionary professional capable of driving brand awareness, managing integrated marketing campaigns, and fostering engagement across diverse client segments. You will play a critical role in shaping the marketing strategy, developing thought leadership, and ensuring our message reaches government, real estate, and construction industry audiences both in India and abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth in the construction, real estate, and government sectors.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, PR, and events, with a focus on ROI.
- Collaborate with the Business Development, Product Development, and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, enhancing market reach and client engagement.
- Manage brand positioning and messaging to differentiate Ambryn's AI-powered and data-driven solutions from competitors.
- Create and optimize content for industry publications, press releases, and thought leadership pieces, emphasizing the company's innovation, impact, and value proposition.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure success and optimize strategies, ensuring alignment with KPIs and revenue targets.
- Establish partnerships with industry organizations and thought leaders to amplify the company's visibility and influence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years in a senior marketing role, preferably with experience in B2B marketing for technology, construction, or real estate industries.
- Proven track record in managing marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Deep understanding of AI-driven and data-centric solutions, as well as experience marketing complex tech or service-based offerings.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a talent for creating impactful content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and emerging industry trends.
- Experience building and leading marketing teams, with a collaborative, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
